All sales of items purchased in our charity shop are considered final. The only exemption to this is purchases of clothing items such as the Kindness Matters zip up hoodie, or crewneck sweatshirt may be exchanged for an alternate size.

In Kind Boxes will not cover the cost of return postage to exchange said items.
